Cupboard clearout
 
Paticularly when aiming for weight loss through nutritional therapy, it is easy to come unstuck by just not realising what is in your food. We all tend to get into the habit of buying the same old foods when we shop and continuing to eat things that we think are healthy, but may actually be holding us back from losing weight because of their hidden ingredients. A kitchen cupboard clearout can be highly benficial for some - helping the food re-education and consolidating the knowledge given in the consultation. You could opt to have your consultation at your home, and have the clearout at the same time.
 
Food shopping
 
Many people have a chaotic 'as and when' approach to shopping, often leaving things until the last minute and then making do with meals that are less than ideal due to a lack of preparation. Being prepared is key with any nutrition programme, as it simplifies life and aids success. For advice on how and when to shop, and even an assisted shopping trip, in store or on-line, to raise your awareness of the right foods, add this service to your programme.  To take this a step further we can arrange a weekly menu plan and shopping service, all that is left for you to do is to follow the plan and use the foods that are in your kitchen!
 
Motivational Tips / Visualisation
 
Perhaps you are not so sure that coaching is for you, but you still feel the need to address your motivation levels. Book a motivation session to ensure you are fully equipped with some excellent tools to help you resist temptation and to centre yourself if life becomes stressful and distracts you from your goals. This can also help with confidence and keeping it boosted - the better you feel about yourself the easier you will find it to stay positive and focused.

As you see changes happen due to alterations in your diet, often your confidence and drive to continue really flourishes. In no time at all you may find yourself focusing on your image more and possibly needing to re-stock your wardrobe as your clothes become looser! An exciting thought, and something we would love to help you with. Maybe you just want some advice on the types of clothes you currently wear and how they are working for you, or perhaps you have a special event to go to and need some assistance shopping for the perfect outfit? Or even a total wardrobe blitz and shopping spree for a new look?!
 
Exercise
 
There is no denying that a regular exercise regime makes for a more efficient weight loss programme. This can often be daunting, and many are unsure where to start, what to do or who to do it with! There are many options, and if you feel the support of a Personal Trainer would be beneficial then we can put you in touch with our specialist team who look at your particular requirements and match you to your ideal Trainer. Perhaps that is too much of a commitment for you, but you need the support of a person to exercise with, as well as the motivation of having a specific date and time arranged to keep you on track. With this in mind, walking sessions can be arranged with Chloe, where you meet and walk at a pace fast enough to raise your heart rate, which should give a comfortable approach to an exercise regime if it seems daunting to you. 
 
Weekly menu planning
 
Some of our clients find this service particularly useful. It seems that having a strict weekly menu, including healthy snacks mid-morning and afternoon, stops many from wandering off track. 
 
Daily / weekly check in
 
Maintaining will-power can be a big challenge when dealing with issues such as weight loss, or sticking to a particular way of eating. With this in mind, you might decide that a scheduled daily or weekly check in via telephone is an excellent way of getting that extra boost of commitment and encouragement to continue on your journey.
