
At Be Your Best You we use our nutritional expertise to analyse your current eating habits and explain to you the effect your diet may be having on your own personal health issues, whether this is weight management or other areas such as tiredness, skin problems like eczema or acne, bowel disorders including Crohn's and IBS, fertility issues, hormone balance, diabetes control... the list is endless.

Prior to an initial consultation we will ask you to complete a thorough questionnaire relating to your health, the goals you wish to achieve with nutritional therapy, and also a food diary to provide a snapshot of your eating habits. At the consultation we will spend up to an hour and a half exploring these areas further, gleaning some greater insight into your lifestyle, personal likes and dislikes as far as food is concerned, and how best we can assist you to change your habits in a way that is practical, effective and, most important, achievable for you. Our approach is 100% natural, helping to educate you on the health benefits of particular foods, and how structured ways of eating can encourage a gradual and sustainable weight loss. At times, if we feel it is appropriate, we may suggest natural supplementation to help you achieve your goals and boost your health.
The most noticeable feedback from clients we have worked with has been their enjoyment of the dietary changes, how many new foods they have discovered and how much more they prefer the way they look and feel once the changes kick in. This generally provides a huge surge of motivation and will-power to keep going and really reap the benefits of this new way of living.

Some people are very happy and able to take their initial dietary plan and go with it, feeling that extra support is not necessary.
